Terms of Service

1. What WriteIntent is

WriteIntent ("we", "us") provides a tool that reads live Google search results for a keyword you supply, analyses the competing pages, and generates a written article and structured data (schema.org markup) intended for use on your own website. These Terms govern your use of the WriteIntent website and API (the "Service").

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. One account per person or company; don't share logins to get around usage limits.

3. Subscriptions

Generating content or clustering keywords requires an active Starter or Pro subscription, billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your Account page's "Manage billing & change plan" link; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. AI-generated content — please read this one

Content produced by the Service is generated by third-party AI models based on live search data. It may contain factual errors, outdated information, or statements that need verification. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing any generated content before publishing it or relying on it. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, and we make no warranty or guarantee about search-engine rankings, traffic, or any other outcome from using content produced by the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or the subscription gate.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure or third-party providers.

6. Your content, our software

You own the articles and content the Service generates for you. We own the Service itself — the software, prompts, engine, and branding. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including live search data providers, AI model providers, and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable. We aren't responsible for outages or errors originating from third-party providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteIntent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost rankings) arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
